Riffs on the classics
A childhood classic, just a little grown up. Made with browned butter and hints of coffee + Disaronno for something a little more rich to hold the dark chocolate chips
Seattle loves a snickerdoodle. I love a churro (specifically from a cart at a castle door). This is the marriage of the two. A little browned butter, extra cinnamon and brown sugar crunch
Some mornings, mom would slather a piece of toast with peanut butter (crunchy), put it in the broiler until the edges got dark, and cover that with maple syrup. She called it Toast Pancake. This one's for mom.
This beautiful babe doesn't come with the traditional hashmarks. She's just a little extra that way. She's a peanut butter cookie that takes up her space and melts in the mouth.
Sandwich cookies
Made with Gramma's Lemon Meringue Pie filling and mallow fluff, sandwiched between two buttery biscuits. Charred just a smidge for that, out of the oven meringue joy.
A favorite of our friends Gabi and Lowell. Short biscuits snuggling a bright raspberry filling.
Nostalgia based indulgences
Everything you love about a Sundae, cookie-fied. Vanilla cookie, maraschino cherries, fudge ribbon and sprinkles.
House made red wine fudge ribboned through a gently spiced dark chocolate cookie. It's the night cap of choice at my folks' place.
A celebration of my favorite street in the happiest place on earth. Vanilla cookie, fudge ribbon, candied nuts, and candy dust giving a little of that twinkle light and carnival glow.
Made with very nearly caught browned butter in the cookie that is lovingly wrapped around peanut butter and raspberry jelly whipped smooth. Best warm. Delicious regardless.
